HI, I'M JESSICA!

I'm a wife, a mom of three, and an Exercise Physiologist who believes movement should make life better—not more stressful.

Like so many women, I know what it's like to juggle work, family, and the constant feeling that there just aren't enough hours in the day. Between school drop-offs, busy schedules, and everything in between, taking care of yourself often ends up at the bottom of the list.

That's one of the reasons Strong & Momly exists.

For the past seven years, I've worked as an Exercise Physiologist in a medical fitness center, helping people use movement as medicine. Every day, I teach fitness classes, lead consultations, and work with individuals managing chronic conditions through an Exercise Is Medicine program. It's incredibly rewarding to watch someone gain confidence, improve their health, and discover they're capable of more than they thought.

That experience has also taught me something important.

Most people don't struggle because they lack motivation.

They struggle because life is complicated.

I've worked with busy professionals, older adults, people recovering from illness, and individuals learning to exercise for the very first time. Every person has different barriers, but they all have one thing in common: they need a plan that fits their life.

That's exactly how I coach.

I don't believe you need the perfect workout or the latest fitness trend. I believe you need practical strategies, realistic expectations, and someone who can meet you where you are.

Strong & Momly was created to be that resource.

Whether you're reading an article, following a workout program, or working with me one-on-one, my goal is always the same: to make exercise feel approachable, sustainable, and empowering—not intimidating.

Because when movement becomes part of your life instead of another item on your to-do list, everything changes.

I'm so glad you're here.

Jessica

Progress Over Perfection

Strength for Real Life

Life happens. Your plan should account for that. Sustainable habits will always outperform perfect weeks.

The goal isn't just to exercise more. It's to build a body that helps you keep up with your kids, feel confident, and enjoy everyday life.

Every recommendation is rooted in exercise science and translated into practical strategies that work in everyday life.

Whether you're brand new to exercise or getting back into a routine, we'll start where you are—not where you think you should be.
